Anyone selling a cheap veg car, truck or van?
 

Hey folks,
My sister and her family are in bad need of reliable transportation, plus they want to save teh dinosaur oil or $ or something and really hope to get a great diesel (like the 617) already converted with 2-tank system.

She can't afford to buy mine:rolleyes: with its new paint and all, but they are driving it in the meantime and learning about filtering.

Not in bad condition, look good in white. Has no heater and the a/c compressor took out the belt and blew the fuse to the fans. No climate control what so ever. This was my spare car and I live in south florida so it was not an issue. This could be fixed with some effort.

Engine starts right up and has monark injectors. Has bigger than factory alternator. Radiator less than two years old.

First rate grease system. Aluminum tank in 20 plus gallon range. Spare tire can still be removed and trunk still hold 8 cubes of grease. HIH with Aluminum Tube set up like a Frybrid style system. But also has a Plant Drive electric heater. A FPHE. Coolant Temp gauge, Fuel Gauge, and Oil temp gauge both are just after the FPHE. The return system has diesel return to diesel tank and Veg return to Veg tank. Flush returns to veg tank. Tank has a fuel sender and a visual sight gauge. (so that you can see how much is in it while filling the tank). Has two greasecar valves for fuel selection. Light on the dash to tell you what mode you are in and has a momentary switch so you can not leave it in flush mode. (that is a nice touch)

Costs $2500. You can fly down and get it and I will give you enough grease to get home plus some. (12 cubes). Or I can meet you in Jacksonville and you can drive it back from there. Or I can drive it to you and fly home(that costs extra) Or some other combination. I will not ship it on moral grounds of that being a waste of money. I would send you pictures but it Is dark out.
