Exclamation 1987 300D W124 Rust repair-Help-anyone know where I can find Rocker panels?

1987 300D W124 Rust repair-Help!
Anyone know where I can find aftermarket Rocker panels? I want to fix my front jacking point rust the right way.

Apparently these Rockers are very rare now. Its customary in Autbody work to replace these panels from the Aftermarket Autobody industry Body Shop catalogs, but the supply is exhausted. Only the Dealer carries them..and you know how much that would cost.

Not all aftermarket panels available on constant basis. May be a new shipment arriving at any given time since aftermarket usually produced offshore. Check on internet or do not be afraid to ask when next ones are arriving. They will not discontinue that part I believe. Found a couple of panels I required were out of stock but due for resupply from denmark in three months recently. But my local supplier said not available as they were out of stock. Realy he should have said not available right now but checked when they would be and let me know. By the way the mercedes model is much older than yours I needed the panels for.

No, I don't know how much that would cost. But I do know that on occasion the dealer has surprised me with how inexpensive their parts are. Try calling Caliber Motors and asking.
