Rocker Panel Rust
Hi--looking at a used Benz with some rust on the jackpoints on the rocker panels. My questrion is, how hard is it to replace the rocker panels and would you disqualify a car just because of this.
I wanted rust free, but willing to overlook a few things if the rest of the car is good. Thanks very much in advance. |

rust
model will help - everytime
om a w123 if its showing out there...were is it not showing...pull up the carpet on the floor board to sill joint, look under the front carpets for leaks from the hood spills, check the rear inner wheel wells, look at under teh accelerator pedal, under the battery...ect. or it could just be easy suface rust, rott and easily replaced by a patch panel, or a home bent panel and welded in...or you can use 3m glue and glue it on to decrease warps and weakening the metal from welding its great glue if you have never used it...the glue air plane wings and spars together...
