Replacement for door speaker???

I recently removed the passenger door speaker in my '96 SL500.......it appears to be blown. The sound from it is cracked and very scratchy, however, after removing it, nothing seems to be torn.

My questions: It appears to be a one-way (as opposed to a two or three way) speaker. I know I have the bose system, complete with the power amplifier behind the drivers seat, in the storage area. I have looked everywhere online and have found no reference to that particular speaker, so my question is, should I replace it (I will replace both door speakers, drivers and passengers) with another Bose if I can find them, or is there anything else that you might recommend to replace it with, that will hook up to the existing wiring? Also, please gie me your recommendations where I might purchase the speakers.

I want to do it correctly, but I'm getting tired trying to find the right ones.
