1995 e320 rear speaker...issue...

hello all you gurus...lol...
ok, I have a 1995 e320, with the 810 (active bass) sound system...BUT, my head unit was changed (I boought it like that)it is a kenwood in dash cd player, 4 x 45 unit.
one of my rear speakers is blown, nothing coming out of there..
so, I was wondering if I could buy these
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=5748036141&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT

and if they would improve or screw up my sound...
my rear speakers are stock 9they have big green stickers that say 2 ohms and made in germany, with a part number that I could not read...
that is the weird thing, I read that the rear stock speakers are usually 4 ohms.....
thank you for the help and suggestions...

I also have bought a 12 momo polk audio sub , and a friend is giving me a 2 channel amp to run it but I am really not sure if I want to mess with running wires etc...to get more bass...what do you guys think?

I would get something more well known than that.

If you want something that will sound pretty good and shouldn;t cost too much money, look for a set of infinity reference components. I put those in the rear of my car and they sound good. IT does require some modification to the area the speaker goes in, the bracketing, but you can get them to fit.

I am actually going to replace them with the 6.5" ones I had in the doors as I finally got around to installing the MB quart 6.5" I had from another car in the doors and now have the 6.5" left over so it's going to be modding time again on the sound system soon. Then I plan on getting the 5.25" ones fit in the dash location. it's going to require some modding, but I should be able to squeeze them in but I wont now until I try.

if you want oem drop in that sound good, I have heard good things about the rainbow speakers. check with Scott at La Jolla Audio.

Alon
