2005 C230 amplifier compatibility

I have an Alpine MRP-F200 4/3/2 Channel Amplifier that I removed from my Corvette before I sold it to buy my new C230. Can I install this in my new car? I have the standard, garden variety stereo system. If not, what will work? Thanks.
