stereo upgrade question 1996 C280

I want to put in a after market CD player and amps with subs, are there any amps I have to bypass or are the speaker wires going into the back of the stock tape deck? or in the trunk in a amp? any special routes I should take for rca cables and remote wire? I have done 100's of stereo installs but never in a MB, I know in my last BMW I had to bypass the amp in the rear to get the speakers to work with my cd player, I hope I don't have to do that again since I would prefer just run the speaker off the deck, with no bypass
