Head replacement question W123

I (finally) figured out how to remove the head unit from my '81 300TD [if you need to know how please email me and I'd be happy to tell you...online instructions had me removing things that I did not need to remove].

Anyway, I need to know how to adapt the new head unit I have to the older system in the vehicle, specifically, the line out/speaker connections and the fuse.

Attached are images of the speaker cables and fuse wire from the dash of the Benz and the rear of the head unit I'm trying to install. I do not have experience in this area. Please help if you can...thanks.

If this has been covered, any search term suggestions would be welcome.

Is this a really stupid question? Sorry, I'm a complete newbie in terms of car audio.

Can anyone recommend a place online I could search for wiring adaptors?
