problem with '98 c230 6 cd changer

I just got htis c230 '98 and the cd changer is having some problem. I have two magazines. When I put one in, it always jams, so I have to open up the changer and push the cd back in to the magazine. Both magazines that I have always show up as NO CD on the radio.

Any ideas on what I can do to get it working properly?
