To get out the speakers of a W210 E-class door, you have to remove the complete door panels!

...real MB engineering...

There is a screw under the plstic trim around the door handle and a screw under a plastic cap on the obttom side of the arm rest. Remove those two screws, then pull off the panel, starting at the bottom and pull up; you will hear "popping" sounds which are the plastic clips popping out. Then, push up on the panel to remove the top. Detach handle wire and courtesy light wire on back.

You might want to get a tool to help the plastic clips. sometimes they can break easily.

other than that just make sure you don't just try pulling the thing off but go slowly.

Any clips you break will need to be replaced unless you like rattles.
