Which Alpine for iPod in E420?
 

Which Alpine deck would you recommend for my ´95 E420?

I want to use my ipod with the car radio, already bought iTrip which I find pretty much useless:smhair2:

Do you know if it´s possible to install the iPod in the armrest in this car? (which doesn´t have a glove compartment).

Gunnar - do you have the stock E Class 94-98 head unit in there still? If you don't have a CD changer, and don't plan on having one, you can run the iPod into the CD hookup. USA Spec and Monster make them (go through the Crutchfield "What fits my car" sequence). I've asked for the USA Spec interface for the holidays - hoping to get it setup in the pass side rear quarterpanel of our wagon (where the CD cable should be....I hope).
