Location of connection in trunk for CD changer 1999 C320
 

I am planning on installing an OEM or compatible after market CD changer (US Spec) in my 1999 C320. Does anyone know where the connection is located? I know the CD changer mounts on the passenger side of the trunk but I can’t seem to find the connection.

Installing the OE unit require only 2 connections as the CD & radio operate thru fiber optics.
AFTERMARKET units would need to be tied to the antenna & then you lose the digital quality.

The electrical connector (3 pole) & fiber optic cable is in the left rear wheel area of the trunk behind trunk liner.
