Does the cassette on the Becker 612 have an auto reverse feature?

Also, can the LED display be repaired?

Yes it has auto reverse.

The faceplate is repairable, you can get a rebuilt one from becker for $80 with your core.

What is bad the lcd or the lights?

The lcd; in the center, the colon.

I'd pickup a newer Becker if you're trying to stay "period" with the car. 754 or 780 are common and work well.
