6x9 installation help for a 126

I have a 300SD 1982 and wanted to install 6x9 speakers in the back deck. The only way I can see to do it easily, is to install them in the firstaid and tool box. I saw a link where someone did this but I haven't been able to find it again. Does anyone know about this or have done it?
