Blaupunkt 60 watt amp stock???

Today I pulled up the passenger side floor mat to see what kind of junk was under the mat, dimes and nickels find there way down there somehow...Anyways I noticed there was a 60 watt Blaukpunkt amp screwed into the firewall on the car, no wires going to or from it of course...Went and looked at my 84 parts cars and I see 2 screw holes where PO took it off...Is this a stock item????
