Hey all, I have a 1992 190E sportline. I bought the car last week, only to find out that the sunroof and the radio dont work. My friend and I found out the fuse was blown and put a new one in. The sunroof came alive, but when i atempted to turn the radio on, all i got was smoke, I was so scared that i turned the car off and started to blow on the radio in fear of losin my car. So now i know that i have an electrical short behind my radio but I havent got the clue on how to remove it at all. Im scared to have it not work becuase of the radio alarm it has on it. Can anyone give me a few pointers on how to take it out and fix the problem myself?? Thanks in advance.

Sorry I can't help you with the removal but I just today got my radio replaced and have a stock unit from a 93 300E (head unit, face, amp) that I want to get rid of cheap. let me know if you are interested.
