CD Changer Compatibilty

I just bought a 99' E300 TD that has the same radio as my 99' C280 Sport.

My C280 has a CD changer that came with it, the E300 TD does not.

Does anyone know if I can take the CD changer out of the C280 and put it in the E300 TD?

Sure can. The radio on the car getting it should be updated by the dealer to reflect the change. May be OK without having this done, might not. Car it's being removed from won't care.
