'64 blaupunkt radio with out of control volume! Any tips?
The radio in my '64 220sb has an odd problem...most of the time it will be fine at first but then, after operating for a while the volume will increase on its own until it is full blast, even when turned all the way down. Sometimes when you turn it on it will be full blast too. Is this a problem that sounds easy to fix? Anyone can steer me to what part(s) could be the culpret?

sorry I don't have a comment on this post, but I am trying to post one myself and can't seem to find a place anywhere else to post a message. Any way, I was wondering if someone could help me find a site that sells or lets you download a wiring diagram for a vintage blaupunkt radio installed in a 1954 vw bug? The only info I have on it is: Frankfurt TR T266801 (power Amp) Z11488 12316/112. Also, could anyone tell me which, if any of these numbers is the model number? Thanks
