Hirshmann antennae parts?

On my 83 500 SEC. I am pretty sure I need the drive wheel that engages the antennae mast plastic, it looks like the serrated portion of the drive wheel are pretty much worn smooth as the antennae mast was bent and it has been spinning in one spot so long it has stripped both the gear and the old mast. I put in a new mast and cleaned everything up but it still seems to slip.

Are these things still serviceable?
