Becker 780 Will Not Turn Off With Key
1988 300ce, Becker 780 Radio. By way of a freak accident (i was plugging in a phone charger when a penny stuck to my palm flipped in the cigarette lighter just as I was plugging in the adapter!!!) I shorted out the cigarette lighter while the engine was running and radio was on. The radio tuned off. I turned it back on but now the radio will not turn off when the key is turned off. I have to turn it off manually. I replaced the blown fuse in the engine compartment but that didn't help. Everything else seems to work normally on the radio, does anyone have any experience with this?
