I'm Stumped????? Becker-'86 420SEL Question

Replaced my car battery............now I have power but no sound from my Becker Unit. Both radio & tape operate but no sound? Making matters worse & more puzzling is that the power antenna raises only 1/4 of the way up?? Number 15 fuse is new........what am I missing?
TIA

Michael, was there anything else done to your car? was the center console apart or radio taken out?Was the radio ever showing any signs of other problems before the battery was replaced? The three things I can think of would be #1 the fader control is unplugged at the connection below the control #2 the speaker outputs on the back of the radio are disconnected #3 the radio has bad caps in the audio section taking out all the audio.

Yes...I did have the center console out to replace the shifter light bulb..................I bet your right on the money with the idea that the fader plug is undone!!! Damn your good! LOL! I'll check it again in the AM....I'll let ya know!
Thanks a million!!!

Perfect advise.............all I had to do was be smarter than the plug!!!
During the course of replacing a shifter light bulb it came unplugged!
Done fixed it now!
Thanks a million!:D
