Add EQ to Bose radio?
Since the AMPS are in each speaker with the Bose Radio, it is very difficult to do any kind of improvement with out swapping out EVERYTHING.
Could I just add an Equalizer to the system? It is a 99 Diesel w210 with Bose “Upgrade” I need more high end. It is not crisp.

Make sure that your radio is version coded for Bose sound system. Version coding changes the radios equalizing. Version coding can be verified and changed by your MB mechanic with the Hand Held Tester.
