2000 E430 cd changer
Is there any aftermarket changer for this car or should I go with OEM one? Any suggestions?

Does this model uses the fibre optic cd unit? I want to get MB OEM then install it myself; but will get dealer to set proper code. Any suggestion where I can bet one at decent price? BTW what is the correct model (part number) that will work with my car? Thanks
