My local MB dealership purchased the dealership about two years ago and have since lost all the skilled techs. I plugged in my Becker BE 0780 in the wrong sequence and now need the radio reset. After reading the forum, I knew I needed the tool required for this radio. Drove to the dealership and they couldn't find one. They called the MB tech hotline and three consultants there said to leave the key in position 1 for 24 hours and it would read "Code" and then input the four digit code they supplied. 30 hours later, no "Code" and no radio. Anybody know the tool number or have a picture of it? Next step is to replace the radio as the next dealership is 160 miles. Thanks.
