Just bought a 92 400E. Everything looks good but the antenna does not go up when I turn on (OE) radio. Any suggestions?

Have you tried the rocker switch at the right center of the instrument panel above the radio? If you're not familiar with MB you may have overlooked it.
If the switch does nothing. Turn it on and off with the key on, engine off. Listen for the motor running. If the motor runs and nothing happens, you may need to feed in a new mast. If you can hear the antenna motor whenever you turn on the radio, then the problen is the antenna mast($35), which might be broken and has to be replace. If you can't hear the motor, then you'll have to check fuses, voltages.
