MB Cd changer to Blaupunkt HU?

I don't suppose anyone knows if its possible to connect the std MB CD changer in the trunk (boot) of a W140 CL420 (no bose system 1996/7) to an aftermarket Blaupunkt woodstock DAB 53? http://www.blaupunkt.co.uk/download/WD2fi.pdf (see page 357)

The woodstock has the socket connections for a CD changer - Bus in / bus out, + and - etc - as would the original CD changer, but the becker http://www.beckerautosound.com/1492.html page just has "for connection to becker CD changer..

I know its a long shot - but what if the bus in / out signals were compatible? theres only a set number of systems in the world, and theres a good chance that they are compatible -


so - does anyone know the pinouts for the C socket? Googled it - but no luck
