Question Becker 754 Wiring

The Previous Owner had removed the OEM Becker 754 from my '87 SDL and I would like to use it in another vehicle.

I found a previous post showing the Power Wiring, but there is another "plug" socket on the back of the radio with multiple pins and I have no idea what they are used for.

One reference in a manual suggests these may have something to do with the anti-theft feature. If so how does it work and how is that wired?

Does anybody have a Manual for this radio?

The five pin is the evil plug, the radio killer. Have you removed the unit already?

I inherited the Becker loose in a box when I got my SDL. The PO had installed a Sony unit, so I don't have any of the original plugs that fit the Becker.

I did get the unit to operate OK by using test leads to supply power to the pins on the back of the unit. Does this mean I don't have to worry about the anti-theft wiring ??

Yup, disregard that alarm business... it's evil. It fried my other Becker.

If ya can't get the wiring figured out, PM me and I'll yank my radio. Brown is the ground, grey/violet is the dimmer... I think the red/white is the 12V switched and black/yellow is constant 12V. It's late.

I'm not sure which go where into what pin. I'm going to a few boneyards here in the next few weeks, I could see if they have an extra harness you could solder in...
