Data Becker Cd Radio

Is there a single CD/radio for a 89 S420.
The Becker am/fm/tape I have works great but my wife wants a CD/am/fm now.
Is there a Becker am/fm single CD that slides in line the original.
I don't want the in trunk multi-disk, just a single-in dash

There is a very nice single-CD, replacement radio available from Becker, the BE4602. I've heard very good reports of it, but it seems to be hard to find information on it or where to buy it. See here for information.

I am not too familiar with the dash on your car but on my 88 190e, I put in a Pioneer, CD/AM/FM Radio. It fit right in not damage to the dash or empty spaces. The only thing, is that when I had it first installed, they did not connect the power for the antenna to the radio therefore, it did not go up and down when I turned on or off the radio. Went back to the shop and they fixed it in 10 minutes.

It is another alternative from those pricey becker radios.

Cool

I put in a Pioneer, CD/AM/FM Radio.

Not only is Pioneer a better sounding unit than Becker, it costs far less and is an easy install....sounds great, looks great, costs less. Can't beat that.....and if you are worried about keeping the car original just put the factory Becker in a box and save it. When you sell the car the buyer gets the Pioneer and Becker too.
