1991 300E Becker Sound System Adapter????

If my Becker Radio from my 1991 Mercedes 300E has a circular plug in the back what kind of sound system is that and where can i find an adapter that everyone tells me is so hard to come by?? I really dont want to have my car torn apart and rewired for a new head unit
