ALLO.
What is the correct way to remove the radio from the 1993 MB 190E, 2.3 in-dash placement ? Any special tools needed ? Is it, simple & straight-forward ? pls advise...

Hi Conrad.
Does the radio have 2 holes at each end? If yes then you need 2 U-shaped pins that fit in these holes to release the holding tabs. A good stereo shop should have them,also you may find some on ebay.Last choice would be MB dealer. Louis. |

No holes on this radio. but the ash tray does come out and there are two screws in the cavity.... ![]()
