Unhappy how to remove white spots on my hood ?? previous owner uses armor-all...

Hello there,

I recently bought myself a used 1985 190E 2.3 Red, Apparently the previous owner uses armorall on the body paint. Now my hood is all spotty white... do i need to rub it with cleaner wax from mequiar's or use a rubbing compound??? I am still leaving it untouched, since i want to double check with you guys around here .... i hope its not going to be a paint job last option ....

Thanks in advance,
Jhaycee
