R & R of dash vents

I have searched for days and cannot find this information anywhere.

Can anyone tell me how to remove and then replace the 4 dash mounted vents on my 84 300DT?

I would certainly appreciate the help.

Shine light into each one and you will see small metal tabs in each corner. The trick is to pull down both top/bottom ones at once and gently wiggle the entire assembly. Do not rush if you want to keep the metal clips from breaking off.
