1990 300E Door Lock Bezel Ring

Anyone,

The black plastic bezels mounted on the door panels, through which the door lock knobs move up and down, are falling apart.

Does anyone have a source to purchase these?

Thanks

These rings are the same for front and back doors. P/n 201-192-12-05. They are listed as available for less than $2 each through a number of I-net vendors I checked. Why not try the forum sponsor first? Your local recycle yard may be a possibility too.

CAL Learner,

Thanks for the part number. Both Fastlane and All PArts Express reported the part is not on hand. I fillled in their parts request.

What vendors did you find the part available with.

Again Thanks

If PeachParts can't fill the order, I would try the dealer next or the MBUSA Classic Center in Irvine, CA. These parts are only $2.70 retail, so not a big expense even at full price. With Your MBCA membership, you can get a 15% discount on all parts through the Classic Center.

OK - Case Closed.

The part number provided recently changed to 168-992-01-05.

The local dealership ordered it for under $3.00 a piece.

Thank You CAL Learner for the number. It lead me to the goal.
