Paint and Prep for AMG fender skirt
 

I am in the process of attaching an AMG fender skirt (fiberglass) to my SEC. I understand it is attached with epoxy adhesive.

What is the proper order: Have the fender skirt primed and painted first, and then attached ? Or, attach to the bumper and then paint the whole assembly ?

Both the bumper and bumper skirt are being painted the same color.
