painting wiper arm

Has anybody had any luck painting the wiper arm assem. If so what color? and type of paint did you use. Someone told me to use BBQ paint?!

Paint it black with either flat black or semi-gloss (satin). I would definetly stay away from any high gloss. I don't think that you need to use high temp paint. Along that line, I think that the high temp stuff tends to be alittle 'grey' in appearance for my liking.

I once had a body shop confess that they used BBQ spray cans to paint trim pieces. I think it's sort of a semi-gloss. It must also be high heat which you don't really need but it doesn't hurt anything either.
