What's This Interior Seat Problem?

Man i've not figured it out, but i'm sure someone has a solution to this problem. The back of my front drivers seat falls off. The holes in the bottom are somewhat messed up. How do I keep the seat on the back of my MB to stay on? Anybody know? Has anyone had this problem?
