The skin might be the same but the quarter window frame is different.

Another question

Is the rear quarter the same? I've got some rust around one rear well and wonder if I can cut out the rear quarter of a sedan and weld it in ( from the trim down).

i believe yes. it may be different in some ways f

but i think in the area around the wheel opening you will find it is the same.
