Bought Ford pickup

Since this my 2000th post and my first post was about my 115 240D on the diesel forum , thought I Post here to celebrate #no. 2K. Have sure learned a lot and met a lot of interesting people here.....more interesting than my neighbors.

Truck is 89 F150 short wide 4x4 with 351. air, power locks , power windows , tilt. cruise. leather wheel,4 inch lift. 33 1400 Boggers on 12 alum rims ,going to sell them an put on Yokohamas and plain steel rims, tires on it jump up and down like a frog and sound like a bucket of rocks in a dryer. Any Ford 4x4 fans out there sure got some questions..........

There is a great group of guys and gals over at thedieselstop.com, formerly known as ford-diesel.com. If you don't tell them its a F150 gasser, they might let you lurk. Seriously, search the archives, they might be able to help. Surely can tell you how to fit a 6.9 or 7.3 liter diesel power into that F150.

Check this site out:

They should cover you just fine. I am restoring a '67 F-100 with 300 straight six, 4 speed OD manual tranny. Pretty much the 240D equivalent of what you have.

Good luck
