I know this aint a diesel but I thought I would share two of the three MB's that got me fired up about this make.

The one on the left belonged to Carl who now resides in Oregon. Not sure if he still has it, but boy would I love to.

The one on the right is my 72 280SE 3.5. Can't imagine where it is now, but after screwing up putting it back together after a valve job I traded it for a running car. The new owner pulled the 3.5 and put in a Chevy 350.

Anyways, thought some of you might like this picture.

I drive down on road in Portland daily and there's what looks like a 280 SE w/ euro lights in a dealers lot for $1850. It's been there for months. It looks nice from a distance but I've never stopped to take a closer look. They also have an old fin tail for $1250 but it's been on that same lot for over a year. The fintail doesn't look anywhere as nice as the SE.
