W124 Electrical Gremlins

I have a couple of electrical gremlins in the 1991 300D that I am trying to track down. I have searched the archives and haven't come up with anything.

1 - Radio turns itself on an off. Intermittent. This happens both when the car is running and when it is sitting in the garage. The other night I went out to the garage and the power antenna was going up and down, radio was turning on and off, and the fasten seatbelt light was going on and off.

2 - Occasionally the tachometer will stop working and the ABS light will come on. Intermittent. Usually goes back to normal after a minute or two.

Both problems are unpredictable, but happen often. Has anyone run into this? Thanks in advance!
