Where did this come from???

This lady about 30 years old. the 81sd belonged to her father. two years ago he bought a new benz and gave her this one. however her father wanted the car to be perfect for her so he had a new engine from the dealer but in. engine now has 6000miles. when she got it she also wanted it to be very safe so she took it to a mb dealer in ringwood nj or ridgewood. and asked them to look for anything wrong and fix it.they did a complete overhaul front end exhaust anythying from underneath. i have seen it parked for 4 months and admired it is beautiful. I left a sign and a month later she called she said her father has passed and she is now married and lives on the west coast and has a s500 and a 420 something. she was gonna put it in storage but when she saw my sign she thought about it. she says that she has no idea what the car was worth but she would sell it to me because the only reason she is coming on sat to nj is because she is selling her building and it needs to be seen by realstate. i had seen one for 900.00 and told her i can pay maybe that much for it. she loves the car because it was her dads but she wants someone to enjoy it. i have 2 cars already but thats why i need advice. lady is very very well off im almost sure millionare cause the building is for sale for about 4milion. plus she has recieps and records o9f all work she had done including the engine swap
