ok, so now i'm in the US, i'm staying in concord for a week, i thought i was staying in san francisco, anyway, are there any pick and pulls or surplus shops in the area? this is my first time here so i really have no clue where to look. i'm heading on to anahaim in a week, we'll stay there for 5 days, then burbank for 4days, then hollywood around 4 days, back to burbank, concord, then back again to concord for thanksgiving then burbank then back to the philippines.

I would love to go parts hunting i just don't know where to go. I emailed sunvalley dismantlers but they don't currently have what i need:
124 front and rear bumper trims(chrome pieces)
124 exterior door handles with the chrome strip
124 facelift grill and hood star
124 facelift headlight lenses
124 and 2 pairs of clear corners (facelift version if possible)

Pick-N-Pull or Pick-Your-Part type places are difficult to find 124 parts - those cars are stripped to the bone VERY quickly. There is a Pick-Your-Part in Anaheim that had a 300E a week ago, but it was an older model that was smashed up real bad.

Another used Mercedes parts place not too far from Concord would be Stockton Auto Dismantlers.

Side note: If you get a set of door handles, make SURE that you get the proper key for both front handles so you can exchange the tumbler assembly with your original handles.

Check out the MB yards on Glenoaks. There are several yards close together in Sun Valley.

Don't bother with the two pick-a-part yards in the same neighborhood for MB stuff.
