300CD 1985 - Saw it For Sale today - R U Interested???

Greetings All.........

I HAVE NO INTEREST IN THIS CAR NOR AM I AFFILIATED WITH THE OWNER.

Now - with that out of the way...........

Current owner is asking $3000
I stopped and looked at a 1985 300CD locally (Near Syracuse, NY).
185K - All service records since 60K - Have name of mechanic and Phone #
2nd Owner - purchased car in Feb of 1990 with 60K on it.
Only drives it in the summers.
Color looks like Burnt Champange - starting to fade a little
Interior is Tan - No rips or tears - Armrest not torn up.
Very MINOR dash cracks. Seat Belt towers a little rough
Grill a liitle rough. Window seals look aged.
New converted R134 AC, New Cruise but is temperature sensative. (Good above 70 degrees but needs to warm up a bit if below that), New rear brakes
Consistent 28mpg.

Has had minor impact on drivers rear quarter - repaired.

PM me for contact information.

I hope I did not step outside of any boundries by posting this............
Just thought somebody might be looking and I could help out.

Stephen

Bump back to the first page for a possible cool deal on a cool car. New York car needs a thorough rust check. How much do you think he will come off of that price?
