Any Bio-diesel guys in Washington, DC Metro area?
Hi this is targets to a small group that live near DC, and an even smaller group (if any) who make your own biodiesel.
I am interested in doing this and would like to see you do it and even help make a batch to get a feel of how its done. I have done all the online research and stuff but there is nothing like being with someone who knows the ropes.

...I'd be interested in learning more too...
Would suggest posting also on gws-mbca.org (local Mercedes club chapter)...I'll also ask my MB-only indy mechanic (Mitch Carr).

You might also look around and perhaps post on the BiodieselNow forum's local initiative section. They actually have a section just for the Virginia, Maryland, DC area, and it seems fairly active. You shouldn't have much trouble finding helpful homebrewers out there. I met a group of St. Louis brewers through the same resource.
http://forums.biodieselnow.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=7 Good luck! It is really an easy proccess, but I feel 100% more confident about it having had a chance to go through it with a few other people. Much easier than learning it all from scratch. peace, Sam
