I just saw an immaculate 1975 300D for sale today. It really looks sweet. How are these cars as far as reliability, safety, driving experience, DIY-abililty and maintenence? I could not find much general info about them by doing a search. I see that I can still order most of the parts for this car from fastlane, and they are about the same price as parts for my current car, a 300e. This was a bit suprising considering the car is almost 30 years old. Can anyone speculate how much longer parts for this car will be around and still cost a reasonable amount?
