Dipsticks for your "sealed lifetime" MB's
I had to order a few tools and they came from Baum Tools, Inc. www.baumtools.com They sent a bunch of sales info on products they carry and included was info on dipsticks that can be installed/retrofitted to MB cars that have "sealed for life" transmissions, etc. I can't find the parts on their website but their # is 800-848-6657 Baum Tools is who the tools actually come from when you order from Phil. Hope this helps someone> RT

I had no intention of slighting Mercedesshop or Phil, as they both have treated me well. By all means we should order through the entity that supports this site simply to keep the board alive. I only wanted to bring it to the attention of the newer MB owners that there was an alternative to blind faith that "lifetime" means the same to you AND MB.... RT
