I sold a 240D that I loved (except it was so slow that I felt unsafe on the Interstate). I have been searching for the proper replacement and think I may be close. 1983 300CD w/158K, one owner, all service/maint records, one repaint (factory gold). I'm taking a road trip to see it...any particular issues or problems with this model??

Also....ballpark.....what would be a fair price (for me)??
