Looks like the flexplate that the torque converter is mounted on let go on my 300d. Started with a small rattle at first then sonded like rattling a bucket of bolts. On the way to shop the transmission quit. Had some fluid leaking out of the bottom of transmission. I don't know if this can be repaired yet. Need to pull transmission. Question..will a euro 1982 300d transmission fit in the 1980? Any answers would help. Thanks
