Unhappy Gotta say goodbye !!

At least for a while. You guys and this forum have been invaluable to me since I got my first diesel recently. Things are going well with the car, no major issues. But since I am active duty military my time hase come, again. I've been fortunate and have not had to deploy for over a year but now I have to go. I'm leaving next Monday for some wonderful desert location. Hopefully I'll get to be home by Christmas. Thanks for all the help and I'll resume my tinkering when I get back. Til then, take care and good luck with all of your projects.

Thanks for what you do. As a US Air Force Reserves C141 pilot, till 1987, and now an Airline Pilot I thank you for serving our country. Thanks for keeping the aircraft separated and safe. All my C141s are permanently separated at Davis-Monthan AFB.

As a former sometimes crew member, when problems could not be duplicated on the ground, on a B52-G. I bid you God speed. Return home safe and soon.

I guess you're taking my place..

I just got back after two years of activation (AF Reserves ). I retire in June so I'm done with the desert. Good luck..take some sunscreen... Some of my fellow C-17 crew members may take you over to the desert...enjoy the ride!

Stock up on aspirin.
I hear the air traffic is heavy over there + the occasional war bird with live loads that will not drop.
May you have a very boring tour.
