Where to buy Euro lights for W126

I would like to add Euro Lights to my 1982 300sd. I do not know what brand, if aftermarket is ok or not, but I would like the vacuum setup with the switch that I can raise and lower them with. I do not want to retrofit wipers. Right now I just need to be advised which brand, where to purchase, and will deal with installation later. Would appreciate your friendly help.

Do some searching around. These aren't exactly easy parts to find (the vac adjust atleast)
Perhaps hit up e-bay and the local wrecking yards....
If you feel less ambitious...you can always get a nice set of E-code H4 conversions for your car from www.rallylights.com :)
I have them for mine and are anticipating good results.
Hope you find what you are looking for...

Best Regards

I got mine here. They are Depo brand and they work great. No vacuum adjust though.

Here is install procedure.....http://www.peachparts.com/shopforum/showthread.php?threadid=62958

Got mine on eBay and they include the vacuum adjust, can't remember which manufacturer they are but they're not Bosch. They work really, really well and look so much better.

I purchased my OEM Bosch Euros from Capitol West and paid an extra $15 for an adapter kit they sell, with instructions, to use with the existing US wipers. The installation was relatively straightforward.

I had my indy run the vacuum lines for the height adjustment function, which works well, and is very functional when carrying full loads. I've attached a pic of the switch setup. I had some initial troubles getting the correct parts, as there are some options. I pulled the switch this morning to try and find some part numbers. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate the part # for the switch panel, but I can tell you that you DON'T want part #126 689 00 80. Regarding the vacuum switch, DON'T get part # 124 800 06 73. It doesn't work properly, for some reason, on the 126. It appears, though odd, that the part # on the CORRECT vacuum switch is 000 800 04 73. Good luck.

I've got a good used set of W126 Bosch euros with the vac adjust but no interior control for sale. Cheaper than new Depo's... pm me if anyone is interested. :)
